My flat had kitchenette. The food was BRILLIANT with a wide range of choice! The staff was efficient and excellent, everything was very good. The location was excellent and lovely, close to other parks, and the centre of town and easily accessible.

hampshire holiday parks - arrowtown was a delightful surprise. our family had a fantastic time enjoying the old-school fun and watching the kids play on the field. the clean cabins and friendly atmosphere made it our favorite stop on our road trip.
Microwave had issues in the morning.

I always return here because the staff were so kind to my elderly parents during our first stay. It suits me perfectly with free parking, a shared kitchen, and a great play area. I can't wait to come back this weekend!

The location of this holiday park is ideal, with plenty of local attractions close by such as the park entrance and town centre. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary including fridge, TV and kitchen facilities. Staff members are helpful and obliging.
Customer service could have been improved as seen in some reviews.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the local attractions and just a short walk into town. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including heating, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. We especially loved the comfortable bed and cozy electric blankets. The hotel also had fantastic on-site facilities, such as BBQ facilities, a tennis court, and a children's play area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.
